By engaging in any trading activity with We the Wild (1/2C Gladstone Street, Newtown, 2042) or any of its subsidiaries or authorised partners, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Refund and Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns in the event that proper storage and handling instructions (as stipulated on the label) are not adhered to.  

Minimum Spend & Active Stockist Requirements

  • The minimum spend for first stock orders is $500.
  • Top up orders are not subject to minimum orders
  • Cartons cannot be mixed
  • While We the Wild endeavours to ensure even stockist coverage, we do not commit to postcode exclusivity in any instance.
  • All stockists require an ABN and fully operational website or bricks and mortar retail outlet.
  • Carton sizes

  • Protect 250ml, Grow 150ml, Support 250gm: cartons of 12 units.
  • Standard Essential or Gift Kits: cartons of 6
  • Mini Essential or Gift Kits: cartons of 18
  • Protect 1.25L, Grow 750ml, Support 1.25kg: cartons of 6
  • Shipping

  • At We the Wild, we determine the best courier for the postcode and order. We have accounts with Australia Post, Couriers Please and TNT. Express orders can be sent with TNT, but free shipping will be sent with the most cost effective shipping partner.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 business days. While every effort will be made to complete delivery within a reasonable time, delays that are out of our control may occur. No liability is assumed for any loss or damage caused by any delay in delivery.
  • In the event of a return to sender, where reasonable evidence exists that a delivery attempt was made and reasonable attempts of notification of delivery were made, costs for resending will be charged at the true cost of postage.
  • A return to sender does not constitute a return, and all payment terms apply.
  • Deliveries are made during the operating hours of individual carriers, and all parcels are marked as Authority to Leave. Please note that while store opening hours and special requests can be added to order notes, we cannot guarantee that carriers will adhere to instructions. This includes, but is not limited to, specific delivery timeslots and locations within the address. In the circumstance where stock is returned to sender, true delivery costs will be charged for resending.
  • Payment and invoicing

  • Credit account payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of the invoice. If payment isn't received in full within the 14 day period the account will incur a late payment fee of $30.
  • Payment details can be found on invoices issued. Please note we do not accept cheques.
  • Sales Orders are converted to invoices on the same day of order.
  • We must be notified of damages goods within 7 days of documented receipt of goods as recorded by shipping carrier. Damage must be clearly documented in photographs and provided to either your allocated Partnership Manager, or by emailing hello@wethewild.us. Goods deemed faulty will be replaced or credited.
  • All stock remains the property of We the Wild until full payment has been received.
  • We the Wild shall resort to all remedies available to us in order to retrieve outstanding funds, including legal proceedings at the cost of the debtor.
  • Stockist list

  • Accounts that breach payment terms are subject to account restrictions at the sole discretion of We the Wild. This includes but is not limited to; the removal of payment terms, removal of listing on stockist pages and other marketing collateral, account suspension and/or ban and in-person recovery of any stock or other items deemed property of We the Wild as outlined in this agreement.
  • By becoming a stockist of We the Wild, you agree that We the Wild will use all channels of communication to recover outstanding fees, including social media, email, phone, text message and any other publicly available communication channel.
  • By becoming a stockist of We the Wild, you understand that We the Wild and any subsidiaries reserve the right to actively recover the outstanding debt through the use of third-party debt collection services and additional litigation deemed necessary, and any and all fees associated with the recovery of debt will be at the sole cost of the debtor.
  • All stock remains property of We the Wild until payment has been received.
  • Online Sales Agreement

    We do not provide authorisations for We the Wild or any products supplied by We the Wild to be sold through reseller or marketplace platforms including but not limited to Facebook Marketplace, E-Bay, Amazon Personal Accounts, Kogan, Catch of the Day or any other reseller platforms. In the event that this occurs, a cease and desist will be issued, and your account will be cancelled.

    Refund and Returns Policy

  • We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind.
  • We do not provide refunds if you are unable to sell the product and no credits will be permitted.
  • If the goods are faulty or not true to design then we will then apply a credit or refund for agreed products.

  • Marketing assets

  • We the Wild can provide photos on request for promotion. Please note that these images remain the sole property of We the Wild and we have the final say on the usage of images.
  • You may use any of the images from our website and social media
  • All images published on Instagram and Facebook featuring We the Wild should tag @wethewildofficial.
  • POS is provided at the sole discretion of We the Wild. We endeavour to equip stores with any signage they need, but this may not always be possible.
  • Wholesale Promotions

    Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of We the Wild. We the Wild maintains the right to amend or cancel any promotion at our discretion.

    Misconduct

    We have the right to refuse a stockist or cancel a stockist order if a stockist is misleading in any way or form. We may do this at any time if our brand is being represented in the wrong way. Examples of poor representation include; discounting beyond 25% without consent, selling at markets or in backyards and manipulating the label or packaging in any way.

    Fraud

    Fraudulent activities are highly monitored on our site and if fraud is detected We the Wild shall resort to all remedies available to us, and you shall be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.

    By Law

    Our agreement and these terms and conditions will be construed and governed according to the laws of New South Wales.
